Crank forward is a site dedicated to the joy of cycling using alternate cycles. We may shift our focus from one bike to another but the heart of what we do here is express our passion for the sport. That comes across from simple relay of information to in depth articles about bikes and things attached to or used with. Crank Forward is run by Kim Dopita and Randy Schlitter both working auspiciously with RANS bikes in Hays Kansas. Kim is a veteran professional photographer, who also loves a good bike ride, using bikes when possible over other forms of transport. Randy has been designing bikes since the 70’s and has many popular designs to his credit in both recumbent and crank forward types. |
